Greetings to all our Brothers of the 2nd Force Reconnaissance Company Association!

The first order of business is this... In early 2026, Joe Rodriguez decided to step down as our President. This was on his request and no one else's. Over the past many years, Joe's leadership has been foundational to our success as an Association. We all know that Joe has served us faithfully since the very beginning of the Association and we certainly look forward towards continuing our working and friendly relationship with him.

To Joe, I say, "Thanks Brother, I have been inspired by your leadership and your vision, and appreciate all you have done for us!"

Now, to our 2026 Rendezvous Event:  I cannot tell you how excited I am that we are wrapping up the planning for our 2026 2nd Forced Reconnaissance Company Association Rendezvous down in Sneads Ferry and Jacksonville, NC. Our 14th Rendezvous will be another magnificent series of events for our Brothers, family, and friends to gather, socialize, reconnect, tell stories that are mostly true, and enjoy one another's companionship with many old Force Recon friends.

I look forward to seeing you all during 13 - 16 May 2026; whether it be at the VFW for the Range day, at the Trailer Bar for the Talent Contest, on the Links playing golf, at Breakfast, at 2nd Recon Bn for the lunch, on the beach for the evening Vigil, at the Crawl/Walk/Run, and/or at FOB Capers for the Memorial Service, BBQ, and Auction. It will be a Rendezvous to remember!
